Matt is a hardcore and punk photographer based out of Atlanta, GA.

He first began taking photos in 1998. In that time he took photos of numerous bands in the Midwest and East Coast documenting bands like Zao, Dillinger Escape Plan, Lovedrug, Brandtson, Brother’s Keeper, Disembodied, and Narcissus. Due to necessity and life’s ever changing pathways he quit taking photos for 24 years.

Out of his love for creation and promoting artistic communities, Matt has a history of book publishing (Safety Third Enterprises, Deer Bear Wold Publishing), podcasting (Lit & Bruised), hosting art events, and essayist (From Pastor to Bastard) — but everything has come full circle now. Matt is back to honing his craft of capturing live shows and the people behind the communities that make it all come together.
